How we ship

We ship all orders via 2-3-Day Air with insulation and cold packs.

Shipping is available to the contiguous U.S. (no PO boxes).

Rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions will be shown when available.
When we ship

Orders placed MonβWed by 12pm usually ship the same or next business day.

Orders placed ThuβSun ship the following Mon to avoid weekend delays.

Youβll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way.
Warm-weather guidance

Our pops are frozen when they leave us, but may soften or partially thaw in transitβthatβs okay.

On arrival, place pouches back in your freezer immediately. They will refreeze and enjoy just the same.

If the package is warm to the touch, leaking, or damaged, email info@poptonics.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the exterior box, insulation, and product so we can help.
