Shipping Policy

How we ship

  • We ship all orders via 2-3-Day Air with insulation and cold packs.

  • Shipping is available to the contiguous U.S. (no PO boxes).

  • Rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions will be shown when available.

When we ship

  • Orders placed Mon–Wed by 12pm usually ship the same or next business day.

  • Orders placed Thu–Sun ship the following Mon to avoid weekend delays.

  • You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way.

Warm-weather guidance

  • Our pops are frozen when they leave us, but may soften or partially thaw in transitβ€”that’s okay.

  • On arrival, place pouches back in your freezer immediately. They will refreeze and enjoy just the same.

  • If the package is warm to the touch, leaking, or damaged, email info@poptonics.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the exterior box, insulation, and product so we can help.

Delivery & address issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

  • Marked β€œDelivered” by the carrier but can’t find it? Check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us.

Returns

  • Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
